Don't store your items there I've gotten robbed 2 time in 2 different unit up and down stairs. I was force whatever I think is valuable into my own vehicle and used as a storage. They broke in from the top and push the lock out of the way and rolled up the door and help themselves. They were there for a long time. No police responded because they weren't called until the next day found by the management and staff. I highly don't recommend storing items there.

Five months ago, I left a five star review. The staff was friendly, the sign-up was easy, and the intro rate looked like a great deal. Today, I’m changing that to one star. In five months, my rent increased 63%. Multiple hikes in a very short period of time. The low starting price clearly isn’t the real price, it’s just the hook! Yes, the people are nice. But nice doesn’t justify aggressive, repeated increases. I also noticed people regularly spending extended time on the property.(living in their storage) i’m not judging anyone, but it didn’t feel well managed. I moved out today. I locked in a two year rate somewhere else and will save thousands! That should tell you everything.
