US Storage Centers

$78 per month is what they say on line right now. I have 2 units, both 10x20. I have been a customer for just over a year. I just received a email telling me my rate on one of my units is going from $149 to over $250 a month. So don't believe this $78 a month at all. They give excuses about location and quality of service? It's not a room at the Venetian, it's a storage unit, not climate controlled, no hot tub or even free water! Don't be late leaving, it costs you $50 for them to call in a code to get you out if your late leaving. Advice: find a spot in the desert, rake it flat, put your things there, buy large blue tarp at dollar store, 4 bricks for corners of tarp. This place does have rat traps, lots of them, I wonder why that is... when storage is costing me almost as much as a studio apartment that I could furnish and then rent out,, wait a minute,, anyway, $78 a month, not the case. If you are storing stuff here, plan on it being expensive to the shake your head level. Blue tarp, that's the answer.

This review is specifically for SaKoree, the attendant who helped us. The call center I made the reservation with didn’t put it in the system so when we arrived on property with the unit sold to someone else, I was very annoyed. SaKoree saved the day and got us situated and it was an even better deal. He was so understanding and helpful. His customer service is top notch.
