I’ve been a tenant at Smart Stop Storage, and I want to recognize one employee in particular who truly stands out — Judah Munoz. Judah is easily one of the best employees this property has ever had. From the moment you interact with him, you notice his kindness and genuine care for people. He treats every customer with respect and patience, and he always makes you feel like you matter. What impresses me most is how much pride he takes in the property. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, and you can tell Judah is constantly checking on things, observing, and making sure everything is running smoothly. He doesn’t just do his job — he goes above and beyond. Any time I’ve needed help, Judah has been ready to serve with a great attitude and a willingness to assist. Employees like him are rare. He represents Smart Stop Storage with excellence, professionalism, and heart. Smart Stop is fortunate to have someone like Judah Munoz on their team.

I recently rated this storage place at two stars because of an increase to my unit within a short span of time. The manager Jonathan, reached out to me personally to help resolve my complaint. As a loyal customer for years, I appreciated his dedication in solving the matter. It’s not often I write a review and get an immediate response from management. He truly cares about his clients and I’m glad I was able to keep my unit.

Shout out to Michael and Jonathon, the real ones Not only are they super friendly and helpful. They’re very honest. I came in to pay my bill and I dropped some money on the floor and they called me right away to inform me. I thought that was really cool of them. Overall, my experience has been very good and it’s always a pleasure to see those smiling faces. Keep up the good work you guys.
