Alex and Brandon are very helpful. Alex showed me the unit and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and helpful with every question. Brandon helped me with the lease and was very friendly and knows what he is talking about. Recommend this place to everyone.

Extremely disappointing experience. This facility operates with little to no on-site staff presence. On multiple occasions, there was no employee available when assistance was needed. When I did interact with the employee, Alex, the level of professionalism was unacceptable. Alex was consistently distracted on his phone during conversations, appeared disengaged, and responded in a dismissive manner. Basic customer service — eye contact, attentiveness, respect — was completely lacking. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. If management is going to operate with minimal staffing, the least they can do is ensure the employee present is attentive and professional. Storage is about security and trust. The current customer experience does not reflect that standard. I would strongly encourage ownership to address this before more customers have similar experiences.

Alex was just so pleasant when we first were introduced to SmartStop Self Storage! He greeted us with a smile and took his right to the unit that we wanted to rent. I chose SmartStop Self Storage after a phone call I made earlier in the day they made me a deal I could not refuse! I even was allowed to bring my own keys! The unit is nice and dry and clean. I’m very excited to start moving my things in. You should definitely stop by SmartStop Self Storage and meet Alex as soon as possible if you’re in need for storage I highly recommend this wonderful place I just landed upon.
