Dave the manager is always helpful when you need help with anything!!!! He is an excellent manager. The facility is clean and well cared for. I have been there for over a year and have had no issues at all.

Dave Garcia (Senior Property Manager, US Storage, South Coast Self Storage) was super helpful during our initial inquiry and site visit to find storage (inside unit + outdoor vehicle) that was close to the Costa Mesa area in September 2025. Prior to visiting this Santa Ana (Warner Ave) location we had visited other storage facilities in Costa Mesa (AllSpace, Michelle), Stanton (US Storage, Adam) & Anaheim (US Storage, Luke), as we were looking for a storage facility that could house BOTH an indoor unit + outdoor vehicle. While it’s disappointing that Michelle at AllSpace in Costa Mesa (which we learned is the same company as this location) sent us further to Stanton & Anaheim to meet our needs, it was a pleasant surprise to find this particular US Storage Center (South Coast Self Storage) that was close to the Costa Mesa area (after Googling on our own), and could accommodate BOTH an inside unit AND outdoor vehicle storage. Pricing for the indoor unit is fair and the outdoor vehicle storage is a bit high but we learned that’s due to lack of inventory and high need in the area for outdoor vehicle, RV, boat storage. The plus side is this facility has good security, cameras that use AI technology, secured access for both entry & exit, and access hours every day including holidays with hours that are fair & reasonable for most. The facility itself is clean, has automatic lighting that you can turn on when you need to access, sunlights (which is great for natural lighting & no need for flashlights if you visit before dusk). We moved in last month (October 2025), and have been pleased with the service (easy to access, wheeled carts you can use, plus a box truck you can use at no charge one time, just fill the gas — which made the move in even more seamless and less stressful). Our first full month bill had only the indoor unit’s half-off promotion applied but when we called the office, they quickly remedied the bill to reflect the outdoor vehicle’s half-off promotion, too — which is appreciated during these challenging economic times. Also, we tried to use a vehicle cover and heeded Dave’s advice with the Santa Ana winds — there is definitely an art to putting those things on your vehicle.
