SmartStop Self Storage

I love this storage facility! Transferred from Public Storage and it is a night and day experience! Customer service here is amazing! Security is amazing! Lani & Janae were super friendly & helpful with getting my lock issue taken care of. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage facility!

Everything is mostly fine, as far as checkin goes. The place shows EXCEPTIONALLY WELL and CLEAN. I’m very pleased. EXCEPT, on check in day, they put me in a unit THREE times as big as I needed, informing me that is all they had available? WHAT, I thought I had a confirmed reservation? I ordered and reserved and confirmed a small 5 X 5 Unit! NOT a 10 X 10? That was not what I selected online, AND confirmed with the office on call back, from out of state for the price advertised? Accordingly, the front desk “check in” informed me that I could expect a unit price raise in about 90 days? NOT GOOD! They need to make better use of their inventory?

Janae and Lonnie set up my account and were very helpful answering questions and providing valuable info for maximizing my payments. I have used this storage facility in the past and it is very convenient to access. And very clean, too!
