Lorenzo was very helpful and answered all our questions regarding a 10x30 storage. The price was great and he walked us to look at the unit. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. We look forward in doing business with him and would highly recommend this storage. They also have great security and cameras. Location is great off Greenway. They are also opened 7 days a week which is a plus.

I've been a customer for years and decided to rent a second storage unit. Lorenzo provided great customer service and got me in and out quickly. I'm always impressed with how well kept the property is and how friendly anyone there is.

I have been renting at this location for just under a year and paid for my unit upfront for the entire year. I have always followed the rules and been a responsible customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a staff member named Amber was very disappointing. She was rude and unprofessional, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to continue the conversation. After that interaction, my wife went into the office to ask for her name, and Amber was even more rude and dismissive. As customers who paid a full year in advance, we expected respectful, professional treatment. Instead, we were met with continued poor customer service that fell far below reasonable expectations. In a world full of Ambers, be a Lorenzo. Management should take note.
