Surprise Self Storage

This place checks every box when it comes to reliable and secure storage. The gated access always works which is a huge deal compared to other places I’ve tried. The facility is super clean, well-lit, and fully air conditioned, making it easy and comfortable to access my stuff even during the Arizona heat. There are plenty of push carts available, which makes loading and unloading a breeze, and I never have to hunt one down. On-site management is professional, friendly, and always available to help if needed. I’ve had zero issues with this location; overall just a great, stress-free storage experience right here in Surprise. Highly recommend!

After being here for over 4 years rent kept going up every year when my toy hauler got broken into management did nothing about it Tammy in the office has a bad attitude and can careless about the customers when I came in yesterday to move out and be partially credited she told me she could not refund me anything what a joke I would look elsewhere before coming here U-Haul down the street is better
