South Bossier Storage Center

Up until recently (last month) I would have given a 5 star review...I have been in the same storage unit since 2018 (7 years) with auto pay so I have never been late on paying my rental fee and everything has been fine with this facility. Last month my payment card expired and I rec'd a notice that I would be charged an extra $10 for late payment. I immediately called to give the new card information and asked for the $10 to be removed and was told NO. It didn't matter that I have been a long term customer with no prior payment issues. I would like to thank you for the bad customer service because that $10 charged allowed me to move to a different storage facility for a lower monthly cost. I hope that $10 you rec'd from me was worth losing a loyal customer and $155.00 per month!

Clean, easy to access at whatever hour I needed to when moving in and out, and they make cancelation so painless when you're done! Highly recommend.

Not a single complaint about this facility. The pricing was perfect for the short term storage I needed. I never felt pressured by payments and when I closed my account there was no paperwork and I emptied my unit and left. The service here is top notch. They give you a good long tour of the facility and help you understand everything about your unit, and others, from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend this place for short term or long term storage needs!
