Over my life I’ve had a few different storage units, in different cities etc. By far…none of them compare to Southern Self Storage. Their professionalism and the cleanliness of the property is top tier but with that said…the care and concern they take for you as an individual is everything. I love everything about this business from the service to the owners! Just great! :)

We used Southern Self Storage for more than three years. They were always accommodating and helped make life easy as we went through several transitions. At one point we had two units (one for us and one for my in-laws), when we closed one down, they allowed us to swap units. When my Father-in-Law passed away and we had to quickly empty their apartment, they allowed us to temporarily move into a bigger unit and then the next month allowed us to move back to the smaller one. For both of these moves, they found a unit that was close and apologized that it wasn't closer. It was perfect though because we could walk in between the two instead of having to load it on a trailer. They made one small part of the ordeal easy to deal with that and that is priceless in my book. They are wonderful to deal with and if we ever had a need to rent again, we would definitely return to them. They care about their customers and that is worth more to me than a name brand storage facility.
