Space Center Mini Warehouse

I could not get into my storage unit on 1/18/24, the code would not open the gate. I called the business several times. No one returned my call all evening. I sat at the gate over an hour, after several calls, waiting to hear from someone. I had a large load in my vehicle to drop off. I need my car for work, needless to say I missed work. I am unable to take my grandchildren to school on Friday a.m. with all of the load in my vehicle. I have to pay someone to get my grandchildren to school. I am very frustrated. This is the second time that this has happened to me, where the code doesn't open the gate. A back up plan need to be in place so that people can get into the unit that they are paying for. This is very very frustrating!!! 😤

Barbie that runs this business is extremely nice. The units are clean, and when we were there, she always offers us tea, hot chocolate, coffee or water. Never saw another place do that :)

Always nice and happy to help. Feel like my stuff is safe here. Only complaint is that it’s hard to catch someone in the office at time so I’m able to pay my bill on time.
