SpareBox Storage

About a week after moving in we got a lot of rain. My unit flooded in the front. Luckily I didn’t have all of my items moved in so only a few boxes were damaged. You could tell the roof had fallen in from the rain and it was still dripping. I called and they offered me a different unit. Of course I had to go move it all myself. No apology no help. I’m only using the storage for another month so I’ll stay, but, I would not rent here again. It’s a hands off no frills no help kinda place. To the management, apologies and empathy are free, use them!!!

I had a mess of an incident over the weekend and Ashley was able to help me above and beyond my expectations! I am so happy with the customer service and communication. Will continue to utilize SpareBox and recommend them.
