just got done speaking with Chuck, very kind knowledgeable and patient! fair and open about pricing, they definitely didnt try to hide anything. if youre looking for a lil extra storage this would probably be your best bet! I havent met the whole team however if you get Chuck you are in great hands!

Moving is already a difficult enough task, so when you meet someone who goes out of their way to ensure your comfort and peace of mind, it speaks volumes. The office manager (Heather), at this ExtraSpace Storage location is absolutely incredible. She was not only friendly but super accommodating, making sure every detail of my storage needs was handled with care. Heather truly exemplifies what authentic customer service is all about. If you want a storage experience that is seamless and supported by staff who genuinely care, look no further. I cannot recommend them enough!

The check in process was nice. Mostly done online and then verified in person. The facility is clean. Little confusing at first with the app but then it’s pretty seamless. Only time will tell how much and how fast they will raise the rates
