Great experience. Samantha was sweet and so helpful. She took her time making sure we got exactly the size we needed and helped to make it as close to a door as possible. Nice and clean units. Process was smooth and easy. Great online deal too! It was nice to walk in and receive excellent customer service and find somewhere that you can tell cleanliness is a must. The cameras, keyless entry and convenient hours are a nice bonus.

I’m writing this review to publicly apologize to Samantha for being the "one that got away." I ended up renting at another property, but I’m still thinking about how great Samantha was! She managed to make an inquiry about storage units—arguably the driest topic on Earth—actually funny and memorable. She’s polite, hilarious, and professional. 10/10 service! -From the STOLEN one!

Great communication, very nice and new facility and (I think) reasonable prices for what they offer. Staff is ALWAYS professional and helpful! Glad we found this place! I set up things from out of state, kind of a leap in faith….but wow, they made it easy and again very thankful we found Extra Space! Also, they have carts that you can use to move your stuff to your unit, just another thoughtful touch.
