This was my first time leaving my car in a storage facility due to travel, and the experience was excellent from the very beginning. The service was amazing everything was fast, clear, and hassle-free. The lady who assisted me at this office was very kind, professional, and helpful. You can truly tell she enjoys what she does and genuinely cares about helping people. She made me feel comfortable and well guided throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend this place without any hesitation. Top-quality service and outstanding customer care. God bless her!

I have rented from several storage unit companies, and Mr. Storage was by far the best experience I have ever received. Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure that I felt important as a customer. I had a misunderstanding with the call center, which led me to be assigned to a new unit. All the changes were not made correctly in the computer, and Sebastian was able to get it all cleared up and set up correctly. His customer service is impeccable and I wish more companies had clones of him on staff. His staff was also excellent in stepping in when he was not available. If I ever need to rent another storage unit, I am calling Mr. Storage.

My items were protected from others and undamaged from any kind of weather. Customer service was great always nice and friendly. I also received free sub from Jersey Mike coupon. Would recommend to others.
