super easy and security seems nice! Only problem I had was trying to find the unit I had rented because a lot of the doors don’t have unit numbers on them so it was kind of a guessing game but the staff over the phone were super helpful and helped me figure it out!

Simple process, I needed a storage unit for just a few months to hold my daughter’s dorm things. Everything was done over email, which was perfect since I live hours away. Moving day came, we arrived with our things. Opened the gate, the unit was clean. We were able to back right up to the door, and unload. The unit is very close to Oregon State. You don’t have to sign a lease, so perfect for college kids. The price was a lot cheaper than other places. It is not temperature controlled. So if that is an issue for your storage needs, this is not the place for you. If you just need an inexpensive storage this might be a good option.

It was terrible. The customers service wasn't good or friendly. They talk to you like you are below them. The first owners who ran it were nice and explained everything on the rental contract. These new owners did not warn us about some important changes, like no more drop box. Some of us live day to day. We have no bank accounts or credit cards, no debit cards. So if you left a money order in the drop box, be ready for some late fees. They lie and say there is onsite service, 24 hour access, security. All lies. Oh wait, theres is like 9 cameras. Stay away 😬. They aren't even the right color. The real storage place is orange and grey. Look at all the lies, all the things they say are there for the safety of your things .
