I stored my boat with this company for two years because they were the only facility with large enough interior storage. My boat was put in an area with a leaking roof, which I was told would be prepared. It never was . They required a full months rent for a deposit and a deposit for the key. When I returned the key in April to Kira I was told I would get my deposit back when checks were written at the end of the month. I received nothing in May so I went in again. Was asked me a bunch of questions as if I hadn't been there before. She said checks would be written at the end of May. Nothing received in June. I went back today, July 6. She first said "I mailed that check", then she wanted to see my lease, then questioned if I had returned the key. I tried to speak to the other guy in the office and was told he wasn't the boss. Finally she sent my refund information to print a check returning my deposit. I gave them a one because 0 isn't available.

Have used Stahly for years for many different reasons and always have found to be helpful. Josh the manager Is very friendly and easy to work with. They have many different options for your storage needs. Highly recommend.
