Made a reservation, Called and there voice mail said they were open from 12 to 4 pm. I drove there with my uhaul and No one showed up for work, Had to go down the road and find another storage place. The family own business must not need the money.

Rented a unit online. Upon arrival during business hours no one was in the office. The unit I paid for was occupied & locked. We called the listed contract number & only got a voice-mail, which was full. I then emailed them. We had drove quite a way to get there & had a large amount of stuff with us to store so I got online & rented a second unit. This one was opened. I can't cancel the first rental online & we never refunded & was actually charged for it again the next month. I have made several trips back & no one is ever there in the office. When I call, I still only get voice-mail. And numerous emails have gone unanswered. I ended up having to fight the charges through my bank.

Absolute worst storage unit facility ever. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. After not even using the facility or service I am getting charged months later. When I cancelled I was assured I would not get charged again yet here I am. Do not recommend. They just ghost your calls.
