I signed up and received a contract for the 1st of the month but on the 25th of each month i would get notices that i was late. Which then caused a late fee. For SIX months that i was a customer i called every month MULTIPLE times to have management brian call me to rectify the issue. He NEVER called. The CS reps would put in an escalation to have upper management contact me and still brian never called. FINALLY i was able to get the contract fixed to the date we agreeed on and the very next month the rent rate increased by $40. Again i called and asked to speak to management and upper management and STILL never received a call. I called every 48 hours as instructed by CS for 3 weeks this went on. Finally after the 3rd week A rep was able to get ahold of brian and he said he would not lower the rent payment, so i left. He is a great example of a terrible manager. And i must include the fact that the facility is gross there are mouse dropping everywhere. Therefore you lost me as a client and i went to a competitor locally in Wylie and have been pleased with their upfront and honesty and AMAZING CS.

Storage Depot was easy to work with. It was easy and fast to rent a unit, there was great communication with everything going on at the location and changes happening. It was a little complicated to figure out how to cancel my unit but I called the location and they had it canceled within about 2 minutes.

I rented out a unit all the information I need to get into the gate and into my unit was very clear and very easy. Their hours are a lot better than most. Highly recommend.
