Great location that is exactly why we picked this storage space it is exactly where we needed our storage space to be it is perfect in a lovely historic building with lots of character.

Friendly local peeps who work with you and are very informative as well as easy going. Had a smooth transaction. Month to month and sold locks which was super convenient. They have an ally load/unload zone as well as an elevator and flat bed dollys. Highly recommended!

I hate to write bad reviews, but I had quite a time with this facility. The staff was super nice, no doubt about that! But, here's the story. From the get go, I had a truckload of my stuff that I moved down two stories from my residence and hauled over, only to be locked out of the facility - in the rain. Make sure you check the hours, otherwise you absolutely cannot get in. Even to get your stuff. Even to put your stuff in. Nobody will answer your calls. It was my fault, I get it, but I wasn't informed about that aspect when I handed over 140 buckaroos. When I was moving out, I had to carry my entire storage unit, full of furniture and moving boxes, down four flights of stairs. I guess it took about eight hours or so. Turns out their only elevator was broken and out of service that day. Total bummer. BUT - it's a cool building, and air conditioned. Pretty pricey because of that, and I'd still have a hard time recommending it to anyone that asked. Convenient as all get out, though.
