Frenchy, the office manager, was fantastic!! Friendly and most helpful. Made our reservations for a vehicle rental on site. This wasn’t her job but she managed it for us. This place is great. Highly recommend

This professional business was able to act on my behalf to fix a problem with my Penske truck. Although Penske made a mistake this wonderful staff helped make it right for me. They truly care about their customers!

I’ve had several units at this storage facility. But the ones I’ve had for a longer time have been the outside parking spaces. I haven’t appreciated that they seem to raise the prices every few months, I rented an extra parking unit and at about 3 months they raised the prices. One thing I have noticed that I ABSOLUTELY dislike is, that it gets SUPERRRR MUDDY, making it very difficult to park in and when leaving out of here, trucks get stuck; you’ll be walking around with very muddy shoes. I would think with all these price increases they would at least invest in placing concrete to help & facilitate their rental tenants. I’m considering moving from storage somewhere else. Would really love concrete rather than fighting with muddy ground. Not heavy equipment friendly at all. The office lady is very nice & helpful. This rating is not based on her.
