Website was easy to navigate but there were a few questions I had that I couldn’t see online so I went into the office. The young lady behind the counter was very polite and helpful, answered all my questions. Then I was able to complete everything else online. Very easy!! FYI.. when you call in your directed to an AI service first and I was very surprised at how well it recognized what I was talking about and gave me the answers I was looking for.

Hannah was great to work with. She sped us through the process, offered dollies to make transporting easier, was so kind and accessible. The process couldn’t have gone smoother! Thanks Hannah!!

Absolutely horrible business. I've had my 5th wheel camper and boat stored at this location for over 7 years. Storage King took it over a couple years ago and the new management and business practices are absolutely horrible. No one is ever on location in the office. It takes days to get response from an email. Also takes days to get a return phone call. We were notified our rent was increasing over and over and over again. We were getting rent increases every 4 to 6 months of over 15%. I finally called and was told "due to increases of cost of doing business". Give me a break. Call it what you want, but it's price gouging. I told them we were moving out after I was paying over $600/month for 2 parking spots (with no Electric BTW). It took them 10 days to walk over to the spot and verify it was clean to complete the move out which conveniently was after the beginning of the month and I was charged another $600 just to be told "Oh, sorry we don't give refunds". What a joke! I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to store my valuable assets in a secure location that takes care of it's customers. Just awful.
