Our items were in a climate controlled unit for only 6 months. When emptying it, we noted roaches, rat poop, roach eggs, mold, and rust on many items and water damage to some. When mentioning it to the staff they handed me the booklet for the insurance. The service offered was absolutely not what I received. Obviously it wasn’t climate controlled.

This morning I went to 3301 NR 55 in Cary to rent a 10x20 storage room. I was greeted by the storage manager, Aaron Nighswander. He was very friendly and professional, and he did his best to solve my problems and find me a storage location that suited me. I was also impressed by his accurate understanding of the accents of non-native English speaker. Overall, it was a very pleasant day.

I've had a beautiful experience renting from Extra Space Storage in Cary off of 501. Arron was always very helpful and friendly with a smile. He keeps his positive energy going with everyone and I especially appreciate him for his constant work and efforts to make all customer's happy.
