Storage King USA

I have experienced the best customer service at Storage King off Galm road. I was in a terrible situation and need to move my things , and move them quickly and have them be safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their things and have them be safe and experience the best customer relations in doing so! Thanks Storage King!!

I think this review is a little past due but definitely well deserved. I went to Storage King USA in Newark and was greeted by Judith who was very courteous and patient, showed me a few different sized units until I found what I really needed. She answered all my questions, believe me there were plenty, and explained the rental process in detail. Will definitely be recommending both her and the manager Natasha as the best staff in storage facilities I've ever encountered.

I've been with this facility for like 2 decades and things are shakey with new system. I've never had a problem before, however, dealing with the employee Judith there is extremely touch and go because she's not too much of an effective communicator and not too approachable tho I can generally deal with anyone. I should have posted this a while ago, but honestly its just a bad placement on her dealing with the customers directly.
