He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me the available storage units so I could find the right size for my needs. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how patient and kind he was while helping me get everything set up. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you, Keith! I got a unit at the beginning of this year for a great price and have had no issues. Cody was very helpful and clear regarding the specific guidelines for renting and moving out. Smooth process all around.
