Storage King USA

I am giving 3 stars strictly due to the amazing customer service that I received from Eric and the fact that the property is clean and safe. That being said, do not rent at this property if you are looking for a long-term rental. I left my two covered storage and one indoor storage in Garland that I was paying $650 a month for. I moved into Storage King to save $100 a month, but within 4 months I was already paying more than before, and within a year I was paying almost $900. THEY DO NOT VALUE LONG-TERM ATTRITION. If it weren't for Eric, this place would get 0 stars, and I would wish for its demise!!!!! Eric, thank you for the great customer service and security, and I hope Storage King values you more than they do their customers.

This review reflects my overall experience after storing my belongings here for over a year. Eric was consistently kind, helpful, and professional the entire time. He made the process easy from the start and was always friendly and welcoming whenever I saw him on the property. When it came time for me to move out, he was sincere and courteous, which really stood out. The facility was always clean, well-lit, and secure. The gate always worked, and I never had any concerns about leaving my belongings there. I never had any issues, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, this is a great storage facility, and Eric truly makes the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend King Storage.

Nancy provided excellent customer service—kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough with all policies and procedures. She was patient throughout the process and even advised me on the most cost-effective storage option based on my preferences, saving me over $20. Outstanding experience
