I had an issue with my storage unit. I gave them a call and was able to speak with someone right away. I explained my concern to the employee that was actually at my facility. She pulled up my information and told me she would have to discuss my problem with her manager and she would call me back. To my surprise 15 minutes later I received a call back from her and my issue was resolved. I have had a unit for 2 years and have been very happy with Storage Rentals of America.

The State Rd location in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is awesome! Mainly because Justina is the sweetest, professional manager that gives prompt, individual attention always with smiles! She runs a good clean ship, managing lots of customers, but gives a small town, down home atmosphere. This was also the only place I could find that has an actual person on site, which to me is very important. Check em out if you're interested need of storage!

Justina is a very helpful and professional property manager, who takes great care of her property. She is very kind, and very easy to work with, I would highly recommend her to help with your storage needs!
