The place to be for frequent rate hikes and questionable security! I was really hoping that SROA would be short term fix for a relocation but that isn't the case. They have been hiking the rent every 3 to 4 months. My rent was more than double what I initially signed for in span of 7 months. I called in a security concern at one point only to come back a month later to see that it wasn't fixed. This place isn't exactly reliable or trustworthy for what they are asking. They priced me right out along with any recommendation I could give them.

David was great to meet with. Very professional, clean office, great location. I would recommend this place to my friends and family when they have storage needs
