Outstanding experience from start to finish! I had an excellent experience renting a storage unit here, and a huge part of that is thanks to Richard. From the very first moment, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell Richard truly cares about providing top-level customer service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but his attention and attitude take it to another level. This is hands down one of the best storage rental experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. If you’re looking for a great storage place, ask for Richard — you’ll be in excellent hands.

We’ve always had a great experience with this storage facility. It’s conveniently located right off Pembroke Road and I-95, and they also offer office space with covered parking. The main reason this place stands out, though, is the amazing manager in charge. Richard is professional, friendly, and always helpful. Kudos to him!

Was able to rent storage unit quickly and smooth. Thank you to site Manager for showing me storage room and answering all my questions. Unit that I went with was near exit which was something I really wanted for quick access. The unit was big and provided the space that was needed plus more. Unit was also very clean and appeared to be clear of dust as well. Highly recommend this location.
