The clerk at the front desk was a bit rude and took our payment before presenting us the contract to sign. We had our own insurance and declined the insurance that was offered, but she couldn’t refund the charge. Stated she had to get permission of her manager to process the refund. She also stated her printer was not working and could not print anything. The unit itself has a black substance on the floor that was smeared around, we will have to cover the floor with plastic to protect our furniture. Overall was not a pleasant experience. We needed a storage unit during a tough transitional time and the staff as well as the condition of the unit only added to the disappointment and frustration.

Natasha is absolutely amazing to work with. She’s incredibly sweet and professional, but also one of the hardest-working and most dependable people I’ve met. She takes pride in what she does, always shows up with a positive attitude, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is done right. On top of all that, she has a great sense of humor that makes every interaction better. If you get the chance to work with Natasha, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend

We recently needed a storage unit while moving, and I chose SROA Heath on Industrial Parkway. The facility is conveniently located, making it easy to access. The ladies at SROA Heath - Industrial Pkwy. Storage were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the rental process with a smile. Their knowledge and excellent customer service made me feel at ease, and they even offered a great introductory discount, which made the pricing very competitive compared to other local storage facilities. The units are clean and well-maintained, with good ventilation. I felt secure knowing they have 24-hour surveillance and a gated entrance. Highly recommended to anyone!
