Store Rite Self Storage

Edit: as they stated in the reply below, they had an issue with their payment processor. Bumped to a 4 star for now. Hopefully no more issues like they stated. Have been trying to get in touch with this place since Friday, Sept 5th now. Called repeatedly, both my wife and myself. No one answers. No voicemails. No replies to emails sent. Yet they still show our account unpaid with a late fee even though we have 5 charges taken from the banks. Not in pending, showing as actual transactions. So they have almost $500 from us, in the span of just a few days, yet show us as not paid and won't answer or respond to us? Not happy with this service.

Clean, secure, and easy to access! Would recommended this storage facility to anyone!!

I love my new storage facility! The owners are great and easy to work with!! Mu unit is far less expensive then what I was paying previously and the security is amazing!!
