Arnold was able to help me with my account and also let me know how I can save on my monthly bill moving forward. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I talked to the call center to two reps, I didn't get their name but they were both very sweet and professional.

unit flooded and destroyed many items being stored for relocation. Claim has not been paid due to improper handling by site manager. Site manager did not seem aware of claim practices and was not helpful in finding out why. After placing numerous calls to ask to speak to a regional/district manager i was not called back - i was sent an email with a claim form. Meanwhile in 1 year cost has gone up $65 per month - NOT related to any promo. I am only giving 2 stars as they provided a new unit immediately to relocate to. No discount given, NOTHING. Received reply, with a request for me to call to help very the situation resolved with no number. Contact us at.... I really would like to get this resolved and would be glad to change the review if this happens. I have called several different numbers. A specific contact would be great

Went to the storage unit to get a few things an I had an issue with the lock, thankfully Arnold was there an helped me with the issue an was very sweet about it! Thank you Arnold for being a great worker and helping solve my issue!
