Easy to get a storage on-line. However even though not their fault the location im at the internet is down and cannot get in to put stuff in my storage. Only option is wait or a refund that could take 3-5 business days and I was supposed to be out today. So it makes it inconvenient.

I love giving five stars on every review I do, but not this one. This will be extremely honest. If there had been a half of a star I would've picked it instead. This place is insane, unloved, forgotten, and basically a homeless shelter. There is no working gate and the empty units are tore open. But dont be late paying your bill, or they will confiscate what's left of your items and sell them online on any number of auction websites. Causing you to buy back the things you've already paid for once. Oh and the insurance they force you to have is a joke!! Like hilarious. You pay for $2000 in protection, then the six months the "third party" takes to complete your claim causes your items to depreciate in value allowing them to only reimburse you by half!! The only reason I am still here is the nice dude that works at the Yorktown location.

Needed to update my declaration page of my new insurance. It was quick and easy to due so. I was there less than 5 minutes. The guys here know there job and get things done quickly. I would recommend them to everyone.
