When I first signed up for my unit, there were admittedly some issues. However, the team really tried to make everything better. They transferred me to a different unit and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I do appreciate that they took those steps to make the situation better! The staff is friendly and helpful, and I'm happy I decided to stay with them!

The guy that rented me the unit was friendly and that's the only reason I gave any stars at all. To him I say thanks.. Zero transparency with this business, I know they have solid reviews but I'm old fashioned I guess as I like to know beforehand that there is a nonrefundable administration fee of $29. There's also no mention of a 3 month requirement to get the special listed on their website which states that the special is for 3 months but not that you have to rent for 3 months and prepay it to get the special.. Lastly, the gate was open when I went there right after renting, and is still open 36 hours later... so much for secure storage...

Terrible , sent me to the wrong place and then no one available to speak too , still can’t get into the space we’ve paid for
