Staff was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars there. But the unit was filthy, and covered, and I mean covered, with spider webs, mud dauber nests , etc. So it was not clean before taking possession and clearly has not been spreader for bugs in quite some time based on the appearance only. It will suit the purpose for short term storage, but I would store anything here long term.

Check in and getting the unit was fine. I had called about a different location and I believe it was full so we got what we could. The unit could have been swept up a bit better and there is insulation hanging from the ceiling from what looked like a water leak. I hope it stays dry now. The door is also difficult to open and close and could use some maintenance.

Very frustrated by my experiences here. There is rarely anyone in the office to help you even when it’s within the posted office hours. Multiple times during my duration of having a unit here, my lock has either been cut off by someone breaking in or by the unit because they needed access for some reason. They replace the lock with their own lock for security reasons which I understand and appreciate however, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get somebody in the office to unlock it for you. They’re never there and they never answer the phone even when they’re supposed be in the office. Most recently, I was unaware that there was a major break in to multiple units on the property (including mine). I received one call and a voicemail from the property manager asking to speak with me however it mentioned nothing about the break in or any theft to my unit or the fact that they’d put their own locks on the unit. My employee tried to access the unit a few days later and found that there were new locks on it from the property manager. However, there was nobody in the office even though it was within their business hours so we were unable to access the unit and we needed to do urgently. I’ve now gone by multiple times during their operating hours trying to get the property manager to take the locks off and let me into my unit and they’re never there nor do they answer their phone. After this, I googled the unit and found an article about the break-ins which is the only reason I even know my unit was robbed. Unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
