Starting using this company in 2024 and kept my unit for over a year. At the time I got my unit, quoted at 97 a month, I was offered coverage up to $3500. While that was not nearly enough to fully protect my stuff, they didn't have anything more so I took it. Fast forward a year and we get the stuff out and a lot of things are damaged from rodents. I submitted my claim, primarily to cover my couch that had just been purchased a few months prior to moving for $5,000. A couple months past and I haven't heard anything so I call for an update and it was never received and I had sent it to the incorrect email address. So I resent it to the correct email address last month. This location is absolutely impossible to get in touch with so I call a few times trying to get updates and requesting callbacks to get nothing but the call center. Finally get someone on the phone tonight who tells me they haven't received the claim still and that the coverage is only $500 for rodent damage. Something that was never ever said to me or in any literature I had received. I was the told the previous manager was no longer there because she had a problem with telling people wrong things. Now I'm out of a 5k couch, a lot of other things that were damaged, and I grossly overpaid for a poor insurance that actually covers nothing.

Highly recommend this place, I came by to look at a unit for rent and they were super helpful, not a lot of places like this so it was really nice. I will definitely be coming back to rent here at the end of the month
