Storage Sense - Port Arthur

The facility was well kept. Good customer service if we had any issues. Overall quite happy with our business with Storage Sense.

When she ran the building (by herself), this place would be so clean that you could almost eat off the floors, now there are rat droppings all in my unit, rat piss smell in my clothes that I left out. The a/c was out for a few months, not to mention the price went up $60. I would check elsewhere, but definitely not here

I just want to take a minute and give Ms. Riley Love, big props for her professionalism and calm collected demeanor while dealing with an irate, unreasonable customer on the phone..She never got out of character and was calm, empathetic, reassuring to the customer that the issues could and would be worked out on Monday with the managers input and assistance. The lady never stopped yelling or curing Ms Love out and babygirl you did an amazing job dealing with that bc whew ...I wouldn't have lasted 5 seconds dealing with that!!! Good Job Ms Assistant Manager!! Phenomenal customer service skills!!!
