Storage Sense - Burlington - Mebane

My interaction with Danielle the manager was awesome. The world needs more people like her. She walked me through every step very patiently showed me everything that I wanted to look at and then we wrote up the contract and she made sure I understood everything. I will say again the world needs more people like this gal. She is wonderful.

Unfortunatly I can't reccommend this place as they have integrity issues. After being given assurances by the manager Danielle [nice lady] that my storage rate would not be increased for a year. Storage Sense sent me a notification only 3 months after move-in that my monthly rate would be increasing by 20%. When I spoke with the staff I was told this rate hike was "Standard industry practice" and there was "Nothing they could do about it." Nobody cared that they were going against their word. It's disappointing to transact with a local business with such so low integrity.

Had a great experience working with Cameron. She was very nice and listened to our needs. Awesome customer service
