Storage Sense - Charleston

Rodent problems and constant rate increases. I rented a climate controlled storage unit for over 3 years at this facility. My rent cost increased over 300%. I called and asked for a reduction since online there were multiple units available same size as mine for half the price. I was told no. They weren’t even willing to take off $10 a month. Fun times moving out- they have a rodent problem. Multiple containers show that rodents were attempting to chew their way into my items.

Termite infestation in my unit. I did not bring them in with me. Have repeatedly requested that the manager have pest control out to spray for the termites which are still actively eating items in my unit. She has refused. Don’t rent from here if you have anything made out of paper or wood. Thousands of dollars in damage to many items.
