Storage Sense - Huntsville

I had a very good experience primarily due to the generous welcome from Orlaina Francis. Not only was she welcoming? She was also very knowledgeable about the details of renting storage space at this facility. In every way possible she made the experience easier and I left with my 10 x 10 rental space ready for me to move in. I found Orlaina to be courteous and helpful in sharing all the details of coming and going relative to hours of operation, gate open & closing times, etc. This was an all around excellent experience.

This is the best storage place I have ever used. It's always clean, no problem with pests (the last spot I rented had frogs with big droppings everywhere inside the unit) and there's always someone around the office if you have questions, need to pay a bill, or have a problem. The manager, Orlana, is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

FYI. I stored my boat at a facility in Huntsville Al. And it got stolen. I was away from home for a year and a half and paid my rent. When I was planning to remove my things a satellite image indicated it was gone about a month after I dropped it there. All locks on tongue of trailer. And a well advertised security system. But their gates are all open during day hours. And all video cameras are only saved for 2 weeks. So , assuming videos are deleted every 2 weeks as I was informed then you really do not have adequate security. I guess you have to check your stuff the day before file deletion 2 times a month. Also , I want to discuss getting a refund for a year and a half rent when my boat wasn’t there. But I am not allowed to talk to upper management. The manager in Huntsville refuses to give out those numbers as advised by his boss. And I removed my possessions from a shed 2 weeks ago and just got a bill for another month. You store here you take the risk. Storage Sense won’t work with you or provide proper security.
