Cindy is great. Her personality was outstanding. From walking into the door her cumunication was pleasant. I told her what I was looking for and she new what to do. I didn't have to do anything else. She got me in and didn't waste no time. She hooked me up, even offered me a water or soda and a snack. You can tell she loves her job and is very hands-on. I would not recommend any other place. I wish more people would be as considerate as cindy. Thank u agian. Your doing g a great job. Keep it up.

We recently needed a larger storage unit and were so pleasantly surprised when we stopped in at the Storage Center on Shields Road! Cindy was working the desk and she was super friendly and helped us pick just the right size unit for our needs! She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and we were in and out quickly since we were pressed for time with our move! I highly recommend Cindy and the Storage Center for your storage needs! Process for checking in online was seamless. Minutes after I booked a unit Cindy gave me a call. I came in about an hour later and Cindy was very helpful in letting me know where my unit was and getting me set up. This establishment is very clean.
