I’m extremely disappointed with Storage Sense. This is starting to feel like a shady or scam business. Tina and Courtney do not communicate at all — I’ve sent multiple emails, text messages, and even asked to speak with a District manager Multiple times yet no one follows up. All I get are messages about payments, but no one can explain why my account balance doesn’t reflect the payments I’ve already made. I have receipts and proof of payment, yet my account still shows incorrect information. I’ve also requested photo or video proof of the inside of my unit to confirm that my personal belongings are still there, but no one has provided it. The lack of communication, accountability, and transparency is unacceptable. I’m asking that someone from management or corporate contact me immediately to resolve this situation.

Courtney was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Not only was she was courteous, kind, and personable but she was very helpful and went out her way to make our experience with Hallmark a delight. This was our first time purchasing an unit from auction. We will definitely be back.
