Storage Sense - Limestone

I’ve stored my things here for about a year and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. I signed up online and got a call right away to confirm everything. When I no longer needed the storage unit all it took was a 2 minute conversation and they didn’t push me to stay. I’ve had a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone needing to store anything!

I booked a unit online, smooth and simple. However when I arrived the following day I realized the unit wasn't going to work. Even on a Sunday I was able to call in, get access to a new unit, and was able to unload everything. Melissa, the Store Manager, followed up with me the next day and worked the changes for my original lease, got my billing updated and was super supportive as this was all due to the loss of my mother. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone with storage needs in Kankakee County!

Mrs Haley in the office is always been great to work with. If there are any problems, she steps forward to help and correct it. Keep up the great work and Thanks again .I am the longest tenant at this facility. Moved in in 1993.
