The staff at this location is fantastic! They were friendly, funny, and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge. The rates were reasonable, and they even flagged me down to let me refill the tank without charging an extra day for being a few minutes late.

The store’s policy states you can return unused boxes, however when I tried to return my unused box the store associate turned me away immediately stating it was damaged. The box was NOT damaged or used, and the associate barely even glanced at the box just like he failed to greet/acknowledge me. It’s so disappointing because this building was far more beneficial to the community as a grocery store.

Horrible experience. This store would not help me at with their trailer. The employee named Bob refused to help before I even explained to him what I needed help with. This is the first time with this store. If uhaul would look how I've been renting from them at this store. Maybe they would help. Not one person has been out here to check if I need any help
