Storage Sense - Spring

I have a great experience! The rental process was straightforward, I contacted customer service with questions a couple of times and they were great and always answered my questions. Once, I vacated the unit, I let the office know and they processed it very quickly. Very happy with my experience, zero hassle or complaints.

So I had to get a storage unit because my apartment flooded. Ironically the storage place next to me never floods so it was a no brainer that I'd go over there to store my stuff while I search for another place. Went over and spoke with Kim and she was very helpful and professional. Showed me a few units, until I found the right one, went over the different billing options they offered, looked at the different promotions that they offered to see which one would fit for me. Cameras work, places real clean. And I have storage and other places and I must say the prices aren't too bad. Overall it was a good experience.

I have rented here for almost 4 years. The price keeps going up and there have been numerous issues with the gate not opening or closing. I use this unit to hold all of my business items. Info vendor shows weekly and constantly come in and out. I arrived this morning to see that the gate once again, will not open. I have called the manager, text messaged and called their after hours number. I have gotten no response. This is now costing me money yet again, as I've been sitting here for over half and hour waiting for a call back or help. I'm going to be a no show at my show which is going to look unprofessional. All of my equipment is in this unit. What is the point of price increases with constant access failure? I will be leaving this facility STAT. The only benefit has been the proximity to my home. This is the final straw!
