Storage Star

Initially it was a great experience, great rates, then we were locked out of one of our units for a week, couldn’t access our belongings. Then the rent increases my 10x20 has risen from 109 to 155 and the 5x10 from 39 to 78. I had the web rate, and the rates were raised siting to remain competitive. If that’s the case why are the standard rates as of right now, listed in your website at less than my current rate? The current standard rate 68 and 135 with web rates at41 and 81. Rent elsewhere if you can ! my rate for 5x10 went up three times in between 2/2025 & 3/2026 sadly, I expect the big one to receive an increase again any day now. I have my original lease agreements and my banking records to prove what I was paying. . seems like bad business you would think they’d want loyal customers that always paid on time to remain loyal customers but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The staff is friendly (which is why I gave 3 stars) but aside from that I am currently a very dissatisfied customer.l

The phone was picked up properly didn’t have to wait online. The person I spoke with was very pleasant very knowledgeable and took the time to look to see if you guys have different programs what my needs were and it worked out real well. Hands down this is the best experience I've ever had, dealing with a storage facility.. I rented quite a few over the years!! Like I said, without a doubt!!!
