At 1st I was a little curious if I should rent from them cause everything is done over the phone. I literally went to every storage facility in Highlands county and the surrounding area.. Decided to go for it after speaking with Lorielyn. She was so comforting and took her time to explain how it all works, everything is done via telephone and online. After renting number 8, at Park must say it was the greatest experience an I knew right away I made the right choice. They really cannot be beat when it comes to customer service as well as pricing.
