Do not waste your time here. We rented our unit in Sept 2024, right before the new owners took over. At first, the keypad wouldn’t let us access the building, a minor issue that still hasn’t been fixed over a year later. Instead of repairing it, they taped the door latch so it can’t lock, leaving every unit inside completely unsecured. Despite this, our rent has increased twice for “maintenance and security,” yet nothing has improved and the property is far from secure. I highly recommend going elsewhere (All Storage Lake Mead is much better, Better pricing and Ruth actually listens to your needs!)

This company is run by incompetence. apparently, it takes 3 months+ to fix swamp coolers. I just became a tenant at this facility, and it's been "broken" the whole time. Not to mention the entire upstairs of building E smells like urine. I don't know if its rat discharge or human discharge either way it's not worth what I'm paying.
