Ben was very kind when I called before moving my items from another facility to this one. I’ve no problem with the staff it’s that they knew the issues I was having with pricing at other place and they have done the very same thing . Without letting me know they increased my monthly by 35 dollars and when I called of course it was well it was a special or promotion those first few months. I’m very disappointed in them so now within a couple months I plan on having it emptied out. Due to health issues it might take me 3 months but i will be moving it out because to me it was unfair and just not good business to not make me aware the amount would change right upfront.

StorageMart was wonderful! I highly recommend coming here if you need a place to put your stuff. Customer service was excellent Diamond was a true gem!
