Great storage facility. Staff is friendly and location is very clean. I had my stuff in storage for over 4 years. I had no issues. My unit was the 10x15 on the third floor. When I got my stuff out after 4 years, no dust, no dirt, no water damage, no bugs! I was very satisfied! I made my final payment and my move out happen to be the day after my monthly payment so they refund me my last payment which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend!

Bernice was amazing. Bernice provided outstanding customer service at Storage One! She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
